So, Aakash and Samir are characters immortalised by Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan in Farhan Akhtar's directorial debut Dil Chahta Hai. The film, that released in 2001, became a rage and so did the chemistry between its three male leads. People saw a part of that chemistry come alive at Mehboob Studios (Bandra) last evening.
Saif and Aamir bumped into each other outside the studio floor where the Nawab of Pataudi was busy with the promotions of Phantom. Aamir was there for a meeting.
"The actors met and discussed work and life. It was a surprise for both of them," said a source from the studios.
